The 2009 Acura TSX gets a whole new look with the current model year. Standard equipment includes 17-inch wheels, xenon HID headlights, foglights, a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, a tilt/telescoping steering column, an eight-way power driver seat with memory, a four-way power passenger seat, leather upholstery, heated front seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a 60/40-split-folding rear seatback. - At low rpm, a long valve smoothly narrows the incoming passage and speeds the exhaust flow, keeping the turbine spinning quickly, so there is plenty of turbo boost at low rpm.
- As rpm rises, the valve opens, allowing the increased exhaust volume to flow freely through a second intake chamber, keeping turbo boost high.
- The forced intake air is cooled through a top-mounted intercooler, making the air denser and allowing it to burn more powerfully.

- When engine speed reaches a designated rpm, the intake valves open deeper and longer to enhance airflow and allow the MDX to continue to build horsepower at levels where other engines may run out of steam.
- When used in tandem with the 2-Stage manifold system, the driver enjoys plenty of low-end power around town and reserve power on the open road.
